Digital service – delivered instantly
The wedding pass, the album, downloads and the highlight reel are delivered online. Nothing is shipped: your wedding's camera, QR codes and dashboard are ready as soon as payment succeeds, and you receive a confirmation by email.
Photobooks and printed cards

- Where we deliver: addresses in India only, by a trusted courier.
- Cost: delivery is included in the price shown – there is nothing extra to pay.
- Tracking: we send a tracking link by email (and WhatsApp, if you choose) when your order is dispatched.
- Need it by a date? Order printed cards at least 14 days before your first event. Tell us your deadline and we will confirm whether we can meet it before you pay.
- Remote areas may take a few days longer; we will tell you at checkout.
Damaged, lost or late
- If your order arrives damaged or misprinted, write to hello@shaadicam.in within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will reprint it free or refund it in full.
- If a parcel has not arrived 10 working days after dispatch, tell us and we will trace it, or reprint and resend it.
